Karmello English, a wide receiver for Michigan, declared on Saturday that he will use the Transfer Portal. The Wolverines’ spring roster was made public earlier in the day, and the rising sophomore was not included.

I have given it some thought, and on April 16th, I will put my name into the transfer portal.” English posted on social media.
English, a four-star commit in the class of 2023, initially decided on the Wolverines over Jackson State, Alabama, Kentucky, Auburn, and other schools. Cooper Petagna, a 247Sports National Recruiting Analyst, provided him with this scouting report:
