The Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell, scheduled for April 15–21, is the next event on the ATP Calendar. It has been confirmed that Prize Money and Points Breakdown will be awarded for this tournament, which is the next stop on the route to the French Open. The reigning champion is Carlos Alcaraz.
Among the past champions are Rafael Nadal and Dominic Thiem, with Nadal having won the tournament 12 times, along with Alcaraz, Ilie Nastase, Bjorn Borg, and Ivan Lendl. Even though both Nadal and Alcaraz are currently doubtful due to injuries, it will nonetheless feature them. The total prize pool is €2,782,960, and the winner will receive €488,390 after earning 500 points.

The competition is ATP 500 rated, and David Ferrer is the director of the event. The winner receives €260,475 while the semi-finalists receive €135,125. The quarter-finalists will get €70,550. The breakdown continues down to the first round, when there are no points, but the losers in that round stand to win €10,855.
