Born on November 3, 2000, Tucker Kraft plays tight end in American football for the National Football League (NFL) Green Bay Packers. He attended South Dakota State for his college football career, and the Packers selected him in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft.

Tanner Kraft is his brother, and Cody Kraft is his brother.[2] He eventually enrolled at Timber Lake High School, where he participated in football as a punter, middle linebacker, and running back.[3] Kraft was selected to the first team All-State after rushing for 1,405 yards and 24 touchdowns as a senior.[4] He turned down a late offer from Wyoming in favor of playing college football at South Dakota State.
Kraft played his true freshman season as a redshirt.[6] Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the spring 2021 season was postponed from the fall. During that season, he caught seven passes for 90 yards.In all 15 of South Dakota State’s games as a redshirt sophomore, Kraft started and finished with 65 receptions for 780 yards and six touchdowns.Consensus FCS All-American and Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC) All-Star selections were given to him .
